Lets cut to the chase, I’d be happy to present my 2 day live Seminar as per the details in this sales letter http://tinyurl.com/8x62nd8 (But also giving each delegate the $10,000+ of Back Up Materials) in your area, Or to present my 3 Day Live Training as per the sales letter at: http://tinyurl.com/8x62nd8 on condition that all of my Return Travel Expenses, Accommodation Expenses & Subsistence Expenses, To and From My home in Rochdale (Greater Manchester – England) to and back from the venue you arrange in your location are covered in full and organised by you at the time of booking.

£397 UK Sterling which is roughly equivalent to $615 US Dollars (approx 467 Euros) is an absolute bargain for Two Days Training with Me Jonathan Royle as you are sure to realize when you see the testimonials from past students (as above), and of course remember every delegate will walk away with over $10,000+ of back up training materials and resources!
(Basically as Long as You Sell Eight Tickets to The Event at a minimum rate equivalent of £397 or US $615 or 467 Euros each you should easily cover all of my travel, hotel and Subsistence expenses and also the Guaranteed Fee of £1,000 Sterling, plus the cost of the seminar venue and advertising and done correctly should at the point of 8 ticket sales be already showing a nice Healthy Initial Profit for yourself)
From Ticket Number Nine onwards, we’d split the ticket money 50% each right down the middle, with the balance of funds being payable to me upon arrival at the events location by direct transfer to my bank or paypal account.
So with the example given of Tickets Selling at equivalent of £397 UK Sterling – Approx US $615 Each – Approx 467 Euros for The Two Day Events, we’d both take £198.50p (50%) Each of this for each and every ticket sale from Ticket Number Nine and thereafter..
Obviously Your Place to attend the seminar as joint venture promoter would be Free and you would also be given all of the back up materials and post course gifts mentioned earlier in this letter with the value of in excess of $10,000.
FINAL NOTE = All example ticket prices above, are exactly that, just examples and are based on the 2 Day Training Events I run.
For the 3 Day Live Training Events, I would be setting a MINIMUM Ticket Charge of £497 – Approx 597 Euros – Approx $797 US Dollars
(although you would be Free to charge more) but my terms and conditions relating to everything else and how things would work will and do remain the same as previous example above.
An Even More Profitable Income Stream For You…
Just so long as you get at least 20 People into the seminar room for the event on the above mentioned term’s, then I will allow you (at your own expense) to both Audio and Visual Record the event and keep the 100% Sole Copyright…
Yes that’s right you cover the costs of filming the event and audio recording it from your own pocket or own share of the ticket sale income and just so long as I have been paid for 20 people attending the event (on above conditions) then I will sign 100% of the Intellectual Copyrights and Sales rights over to you of the DVD’s and/or Audio products that you could make and then sell after the event for big profits for the rest of your life whereby you never have to ever pay me another penny ever again…
In the event of Less Than 20 People Being Present at the event I reserve the right to Video and Audio Record the event myself, at my own expense and to Retain for myself 100% of The Intellectual Copyrights and Sales Rights on any recordings I make in this manner.
As you can see I am mainly going to make my money from this tour either by:
a) Getting Paid out my 50% cut of the monies (as per above terms) based on at least 20 people being in the room and potentially up selling them the “Resale Rights Package” upon which I’d also keep 50% of the income.
In case of this example a, you’d be allowed to film the event and keep all profits for life that you make from selling the product.
OR:
b) In the event of Less than 20 people being at the event, all my expenses will have been paid and for the first 8 people in the room (other than yourself the promoter) I would walk away with a Guaranteed £1,000 Sterling.
However I’d also get 50% of all ticket sales from ticket number nine onwards, and also I would have the chance to upsell my “Resale Rights Package” of which I’d keep 50% of the income also.
And finally if there are less than 20 present in room, (unless we negotiate a unique deal between us in advance) then I would film and audio record the event at my own expense and retain all Copyrights and Sales Rights to these recordings (which will be worth many thousands of dollars/pounds.Euros Profit on a yearly basis to whomever gets the rights to them)
So as you can see the deal on the table is such that you realistically should already be at break even point and making a profit by the time you have sold eight tickets to the event/s.
And then from Ticket number nine onwards 50% of all income is yours to keep as well.
BUT IT’S ALSO DESIGNED TO MOTIVATE YOU TO GET 20 PEOPLE INTO THE ROOM FOR THE EVENT AS THEN YOU WILL MAKE MEGA $$$/£££ AND ALSO GET THE RIGHTS TO VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORD THE EVENT
And the truth is the videos/audios of the event can when marketed correctly (and I’d happily show you how when you’ve got 20 people in the room) be earning you many thousands of dollars, euros or pounds each and every year for the rest of your life and on a basis whereby its practically on 100% autopilot and earning you money even whilst you sleep.

I am more than used to dealing with and teaching very large audiences, so if you have a good responsive list of contacts and are good at promoting events, then this could prove very profitable for you indeed…
