This “First Draft” self prepared Grounds of Appeal dated 15th April 2019 is indeed in need of more work and most certainly requires PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE before it is submitted to the Courts of Appeal and of course that is one of the many things that your most generous donations will be used for.

As you will also discover on www.circusofthemind.net despite the Crown Prosecution Service claiming they had evidence that the Pound Coins mentioned above were not real and that they had sent them to the Royal Mint for forensic analysis, towards the end of 2018 Smith obtained confirmation in writing from the Royal Mint that a) YES they do keep records from the time periods of 1998 & 1999 and that b) They do not have any records relating to the News of the World “Fake Sheikh” sting on Mr. Smith.
In other-words it seems the Crown proceeded without any real evidence of any alleged wrongdoing and that Mr. Smiths case should never have been taken to court in the first place, especially if he had been granted the same journalistic license that Mahmood
