EXPOSED: JUSTIN TRANZ aka JUSTIN T. PARKER aka JAMES T. PARKER
Well either you have found this blog posting through Google or Another Search Engine, or more likely you will have found a link to it on a Hypnosis Group or Forum where the Hypnotist commonly known as Justin Tranz but also known as Justin T. Parker and so it would appear James T. Parker has been posting rubbish or lies about me.
All of his petty and wholly unprofessional name calling, started by him posting comment’s claiming that information on the web page promoting my forthcoming Las Vegas seminar as per http://htglive.com/elite-hypnosis-bootcamp-live/ were in some way untrue (which is most certainly not the case)
So for those who may be interested in learning some truths and reality regarding his ridiculous comments, claims and statements, you would be advised to read every word on this page, to check out the suggested website links and to of course do your own research in order to come to your own conclusions on whom is telling the truth…
Lets Start at the beginning, but please do bear with me, as later I shall provide what appears to be evidence of Justin being a CONVICTED FRAUDSTER whom has received CRIMINAL CHARGES & COURT CONVICTION against him in the past for ripping people off.
When that Evidence is considered in conjunction with the huge number of Complaints and allegations that appear about him on the internet from Women who it is alleged (by them) he has defrauded for significant amounts of money, it does start to make you wonder if there is any truth in the rumors that some of Justin’s Las Vegas shows (E.g Those which he four walled and paid to play) were perhaps funded by the money obtained from defrauding these various women who are making allegations against him all over the internet.
It also makes one re-consider his bizarre explanation of why there have been so many Civil Court Actions taken against him (which he has in the main lost) and generally makes one inclined to take anything he says with a pinch of salt, as it would seem based on the evidence available that he is a long term experienced career scam artiste, whom, if the evidence is true (take a look and decide for yourself) should logically never be trusted by any sane individual.
But as I say all that evidence and those facts etc will be presented later in this blog posting, first lets examine his various Rants and Posts as made by him recently on Facebook in which he childishly tries to discredit me and divert attention from his own dubious past and previously contradictory comments and actions…

JUSTIN TRANZ – THE TRUTH EXPOSED… (What Is His Problem??)
So I’ve just discovered that Former “Las Vegas” Stage Hypnotist Justin Tranz has been posting UNTRUE information about both me and my Friend and Colleague Jay Noblezada…
His comments are made in connection to the sales wording and statements made on the webpage for my forthcoming LAS VEGAS HYPNOSIS SEMINAR as per the link of http://htglive.com/elite-hypnosis-bootcamp-live/
Although he now has me (and my better half) blocked on Facebook (so I can’t see his posts directly, I do end up seeing them eventually whilst at a Hypnotic Friends House)
In case you have not seen what he posted I shall quote it below and then after that post the REAL TRUTH & FACT’S which for some reason Justin does not seem to want you to know!

THE POSTING JUSTIN TRANZ MADE ON FACEBOOK WORD FOR WORD
(I B THINKIN’) Now for a bit of facts and truth! Notice the reference to me and my TV Show on Playboy TV called the Extreme Truth. The claim that my show Extreme Truth is based on a show called HypnoSex is 100% absolutely the truth. Playboy TV did licensed the show from a UK company. Now with that said, I could never understand why Playboy TV paid for this concept when we changed it drastically, and took it in another direction where it resembles nothing of HypnoSex! Except being about hypnosis & sex, and what a broad topic that is!
But you must ask yourself, what this point has to do with learning hypnosis from Jonathan Royal verses me….absolutely nothing! Just another clever marketing ploy to confuse, misdirect, and baffle you with BS…and it’s all cooked up by Jay Noblezada, a guy who has done absolutely nothing noteworthy in the hypnosis world except sell hypnosis training which he knows nothing about! Jay is a decent magician, but hypnosis….PLEASE!
This is not meant to slam Jay or Jonathan in anyway, but to bring to light the real facts that they are trying to distort for their personal monetary gains! Go figure!
Jay is a master at manipulating the truth, and marketing hype. Jay can’t stand by himself and sell hypnosis. So he aligns himself with others in an attempt to make himself look good! Jonathan Royal is the latest person Jay has teamed with to get your money and build the HTG Brand! And we all know the long winded spamming and truth twisting of Jonathan Royal….lol….
Before you buy anything from any of us do your own research of what we have accomplished, and really do in the real world of hypnosis….NOT WHAT WE TELL YOU WE DID or DO! Make us prove what we claim before you spend a dime on any of us! Ask to buy at least 10 of our shows from begin to end NO EDITS! We in turn should sell you these videos, and deduct that from any training’s or products you want to buy from us in the future. After you have carefully viewed our work, I am sure you will make a wise, and better informed decision for yourself!

2) Justin Tranz seems to have forgotten that some time ago he and I publically discussed his TV Show and the very real fact that it was ultimately based on a TV Show whose original format and TV Treatment were arguably and provably originated by me and originally promoted by me to the various UK TV Production Companies and Stations, including the one who ultimately broadcast the show!
During that conversation Justin Tranz THANKED ME for having come up with concept based on my early 90′s National Newspaper, Magazine and Television Controversy as Britain’s Most Extreme and Outrageous Adults Only Hypnotist and the publication of my book “Hypnotism & Sex”
That conversation within which it was pointed out that my original Format was “Far more extreme” than the TV Station in UK had the balls to run with, and in fact was originally far closer to what he ended up doing on Playboy was engaged in by both of us on a FACEBOOK HYPNOSIS GROUP (with tons of witnesses, including some whom I believe regularly take screen shots of such groups) – in otherwords he has suddenly changed his tune – it begs the question of why??
3) For the Record Jay Noblezada DID NOT write a single word of the sales copy that appears on the page of http://htglive.com/elite-hypnosis-bootcamp-live/ – each and every word was written by me, Alex William Smith aka Jonathan Royle.
And perhaps more importantly each and every word on that page is documented as fact either by way of National and International TV/Radio shows upon which I have appeared, or by way of Newspaper and Magazine articles that I have been featured in, or by legal documents or other cast iron evidence…
The fact is I am more than aware of Jealous Competitors who try to stick the knife in (it happens a lot) and am also more than aware of the Legal Implications and potential ramifications and consequences (of breaking them) of The Distance Selling Regulations, Advertising Related Laws and other Laws relevant to Marketing and the internet which would mean that were I not able to prove every word on that website at http://htglive.com/elite-hypnosis-bootcamp-live/ beyond any reasonable doubt to, for example a UK Judge, then I could stand the chance of facing CRIMINAL ACTIONS for FRAUD & OBTAINING MONEY BY DECEPTION amongst numerous other possible consequences.
I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT I WOULD NEVER EVER TAKE ANY SUCH RISK’S…
It’s quite simply not worth the risk to do so, and also claiming stuff that you can’t prove is ridiculous (like saying you’ve hypnotized over a Million people in your career for example, something someone Justin Tranz was advertised as running a seminar with earlier this year which then got cancelled seems to get away with despite the fact that its simply laughable and the figures simply don’t add up with what they have done in their career lol ) and of course having been over the years the target of vindictive attempts by Jealous Competitors to sabotage what I do and the success of it, There is absolutely no way I would give anyone the chance to get such ammunition against me, hence I only ever post things that are documented and/or easily legally proven FACTS & TRUTHS.
4) I agree however with Justin Tranz point about checking out what your potential trainers have truly done and achieved before spending a single dime with them and to that end I would suggest that you check out this link where I offer some very Important Tips on Finding the CORRECT HYPNOSIS TRAINER FOR YOU:

It’s a great shame when a so called fellow professional resorts to name calling and trying to twist things to make themselves look better and deflect from the fact that there are indeed EQUALLY AS GOOD IF NOT ARGUABLY FAR BETTER HYPNOSIS TRAINERS out there, ones who have Successful Students all over the world (many with TV and Media Success as well as at the box office) and ones who have indeed themselves had (and still continue to have) an extremely successful (unrivaled by the majority) Hypnosis Career.

PS: As you’ve just seen above in the video interview with me conducted by Robert Temple, there is a lot of UNTRUE shit that people throw around me on the internet, but one key thing I will add is the very real fact that I do not have any form of Court Order or Judgement Outstanding against me anywhere in the world at the moment of posting this (and never have had) and that perhaps people should remember the saying “Those in Glass Houses Should Not Throw Bricks or Stones!”

NOTE = I am not saying that any of the stuff posted about Justin by others which you will find using those search terms is in any way true or factually correct, indeed I have no way of knowing. Its highly possible that its all been concocted by jealous competitors and such in much the same manner as I describe in the video interview earlier in this posting.HOWEVER As Justin himself advises in his original post (which I quoted at the start of this) DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and find out what people have or have not done before spending any money with them!
A Short time after me responding to Justin’s post (as quoted above) he posted the following on Facebook…

And in response to that on Facebook I posted:
WHAT A SAD DELUDED MAN IS ALL I CAN SAY…..
To the best of my Knowledge Justin Tranz has never played Scotland in his life and yet he was here last year running one of his courses and returns in May to do the same.
Since when did you have to have actually done a show in the Geographic Location that your training course is going to take place?
And as for playing Vegas, Justin Tranz regularly goes on about never having Four Walled and that he would never consider doing so, he is always stating that he was always paid to perform in Vegas.
WELL THE TRUTH IS HE HAS CONSIDERED FOUR WALLING IN VEGAS..
This I know for a fact as many years back he called me in England on the telephone and tried to convince me to invest in the region of Half a Million Dollars $500,000 to help him stage a Vegas Show he planned to stage (by four walling) called “The Worlds Greatest Stage Hypnotists” in which some nights he would perform as the Star and other nights I would perform as the star from England etc…
I turned it down at the time, for one reason only, the simple fact that I had more than enough work (including TV & Media and high profile Corporate clients) here in England and also in Europe and so had no need or desire to be away from home and in the USA for long periods of time.
With what has come to light since, I consider myself very lucky that I made the choice not to invest in the project.
Incidentally I gather Marshall Sylver ended up going ahead and doing a show of that name instead in Vegas when Justin Tranz had been unable to raise the money to do it himself.
Makes you wonder what his real problem is?
After all he has publically (in the past) posted comments that confirm that he knows and accepts that my success in the industry and achievements are on the same level as his…
He has posted comments publically in the past on a Facebook Hypnosis Group confirming that he is aware that his TV Show on PLayboy was and is based on an original TV Show format/treatment that ultimately was put together by ME in the first place…
And over a decade ago now he was eager to Work With Me and have me invest $500,000 into a Las Vegas show with him.
THE SIMPLE TRUTH IS – I have travelled all over the world performing my show, and to many places just as, if not arguably far more Prestigious than Las Vegas, but in truth what relevance does that have to my ability and success in Teaching Others The Real Secrets of Hypnotic Success?
THE SIMPLE ANSWER IS IT HAS NO RELEVANCE AT ALL.
You know Success Speaks for itself, I have past students who appear on TV around the World and sell out large theatre events in their Countries…
I have Testimonials Galore from people alll over the world who have become far Richer, More Successful and Better Hypnotists as a result of my trainings and thats all that is really relevant.
OH and the fact that I KNOW MY SUBJECT INSIDE IT…
For example when it comes to Legal Matters, Laws, Regulations and Health and Safety for the Stage Hypnotist I GUARANTEE I know far more than most all Hypnosis Trainers in the world, Most certainly way more than Justin Tranz.
The irony is he is coming to Scotland (and did last year) teaching Hypnosis and does not have a clue about UK Hypnosis Laws and the Health and Safety Regulations and Implications etc…
IF HE DID HE WOULD NOT TEACH CERTAIN TECHNIQUES AND APPROACHES THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT HE DOES…
As frankly in 99% of UK venues they are (when used) basically methods that are such that its just a matter of time before Serious Accidents Occur…
They would be all well and good on a Theatre Stage, but as 99% of UK Hypnotists will never work such venues, the fact is they are highly dangerous for use in the Majority of UK Entertainment Venues…
BOTTOM LINE = Its irrelevant to the quality of anyones training what geographic locations they have worked in.
However what does matter is how successful their past students have become and continue to be around the world (both as Stage Hypotists and Hypnotherapists) and how many of the top names in the industry come to them for continued Advice and Consultancy regarding their careers…
Now I’m going to sit back and watch as Tranz gets his knickers in a twist again…

The simple truth to my knowledge I am the only hypnotist in the history of Las Vegas to ever get PAID2PLAY (I could be wrong)! To be completely honest I have 4 walled Vegas, I have always said that. And I would 4 wall again if it was the right deal, I have always said that as well.
I turned down five 4 wall deals over the last couple of years. But make no mistake about it I was also under contract and getting paid directly from the hotels as well.
Royle is entitled to his own opinions, just not his own facts! As he takes great liberties with…He expects everyone to suspend their disbelief….I guess his plan is, if he say’s if loud enough, and often enough people will believe whatever he says?
Let’s cut the BS right now! I am willing to put up 100,000 GBP to Royle’s $50,000 US Dollars. To get my money all Royle has to do is put the $50,000 US Dollars in an escrow account with my name on it. If I can not produce proof by legal standards that I was paid by Hotel/Casino’s in Las Vegas to perform shows in Las Vegas I will pay Royle 100,000 GBP….it’s that simple! But if I do produce the proof by legal standards I get Royle’s $50,000 US Dollars escrow account!
I will make it even more interesting, I will have to produce legal proof from no less than 3 Hotel/Casinos in Las Vegas….PERIOD!

IRONICALLY = Tranz is known to regularly slag off other performers, including those in Vegas and often makes comments about the fact they have to “pay to play” when ironically he has done the very same thing himself.

MY COMMENT’S – With the greatest of respect escrow or not, I would not gamble my money (however right I was) with somebody who has a perceived reputation (I say perceived as right this moment I make such comments and judgement based on what appears on the internet) for ALLEGEDLY having dodgy contacts, issuing people misleading legal documents, lieing to them and such right in what appears to be a direct series of occasions of obtaining money by deception.
Either there is some grain of truth (or perhaps tons of truth?) in the information that appears at the following links, or else it begs the question why has Justin Tranz aka Justin T. Parker not bothered to take the simple steps to have these web comments removed and/or take other actions to repair and protect his online reputation?
After all each and every single negative lie about me on the internet, I have either a) had it removed b) had the sites they link to shut down or c) left them up and simply posted the TRUTH with CAST IRON EVIDENCE that proves beyond doubt that what these nutters post is complete lies.

IMPORTANT – Do a simple google search on the phrase “Justin Tranz Complaints” or even more enlightening search the phrase “justin tranz Justin T Parker” on google and do your own research.
NOTE = I am not saying that any of the stuff posted about Justin by others which you will find using those search terms is in any way true or factually correct, indeed I have no way of knowing. Its highly possible that its all been concocted by jealous competitors and such in much the same manner as I describe in the video interview earlier in this posting. If I cannot produce proof by legal standards that I was paid by Hotel/Casinos in Las Vegas to perform shows in Las Vegas I will pay Alex/Jay 100,000GBP ….it’s that simple! But if I do produce the proof by legal standards I get Alex/Jay $50,000USD escrow account!
I will make it even more interesting, I will have to produce legal proof from no less than 3 Hotel/Casinos in Las Vegas….PERIOD!
2. They claim I have stolen money from women….OMG! If Alex/Jay can find any legal “CRIMINAL” actions taken against me about all these women they speak I will give them 100,000GBP, if they can produce any legal “CRIMINAL” records pertaining to what they claim to be true (criminal investigations, criminal wrong doings, or criminal prosecutions against these women they are talking about)!
(I do however have Civil Judgments against me for different things. I never show up for Civil Lawsuits therefore judgments are always granted against me by default. Why lose ten’s of thousands of dollars paying an attorney to defend what they will never be able to collect anyway. Follow my logic here, if I win the Civil Lawsuit (which I would “WIN” in all cases) I still lose ten’s of thousands of dollars in legal fees defending myself!!!! (IT’S A LOSE-LOSE, I CAN’T WIN NO HOW, NO THANK YOU).

Oh last I heard all US Criminal Court preceding were all public record….hmmm? I you didn’t know folks, anyone can write anything about anyone and post it on the internet…(DAH).
I feel the need to go just a little farther down this road….because I really am a public citizen, not a private citizen anymore, and my private life is so exposed by having success and fame!
Had a Civil Lawsuit brought against me once for $100,000USD, but however they would settle for $25,000USD to go away…lmfao! I told them where to go, and how to get there…they proceeded in court and sued me for $100,000USD…I did not show up…judge granted them a judgment against me for over a $1,000,000.00 (YES ONE MILLION DOLLARS)! I am out of pocket on this Civil Case ZERO Dollar, because I paid no attorney’s fees either, and never showed up to court!
That is called a win in my book….and how to defend yourself against “nuisance civil lawsuits!” They will never collect this judgment not even one penny…LMFAO! I still perform all over the country, TV, with my name in lights, and on big marquees….

The simple fact is there are VARIOUS COURT ORDERS stating that Justin Tranz Owes people money – simple as that..
He can try to use whatever excuses he wants to justify OWING PEOPLE MONEY but the simple fact is in my world at least that makes him someone who does not honour their debts…
Hell Check out the public records of Clark County Court and you’ll see evidence of him owing money,
AN INNOCENT INDIVIDUAL would defend themselves in court if they don’t want to spend money (or more likely could not afford it) in order to protect their reputation..
(Well they’d defend themselves if they had the evidence to show they were not the one in the wrong etc, the ONLY LOGICAL reason for not showing up in court, is quite simply because the person knows they are GUILTY and cannot defend the charges against them…)

The U.S. District Court jury deliberated about five hours before convicting Louis J. Mazzio Jr., 23, of the 1500 block of Monk Road, Gladwyne; James T. Parker Jr., 33, of the 200 block of Bryn Mawr Avenue, Lansdowne, and Anthony L. Dandridge, also known as Anthony Bates, 39, of Richmond, Va. Mazzio was convicted of two counts of mail fraud, Parker of five counts and Dandridge of two counts.
Also named were Lewis J. Mazzio Jr., 23, of Gladwyne, who worked for C.B. Seidman Fulfillment Services Co. in Bala Cynwyd; and “designated” prize winners James T. Parker Jr., 33, of Lansdowne, and Anthony L. Dandridge, 39, of Richmond, Va.
According to the indictment, Seidman and Gross ran the contest scams between 1985 and 1988 under the banner of Seidman Marketing.
A federal jury in Philadelphia this week convicted Louis J. Mazzio Jr., 23, of Gladwyne; James T. Parker Jr., 33, of Lansdowne; and Anthony L. Dandridge, 39, of Richmond, Va.

MY COMMENT’S – With the greatest of respect escrow or not, I would not gamble my money (however right I was) with somebody who has a perceived reputation (I say perceived as right this moment I make such comments and judgement based on what appears on the internet) for ALLEGEDLY having dodgy contacts, issuing people misleading legal documents, lieing to them and such right in what appears to be a direct series of occasions of obtaining money by deception.
Either there is some grain of truth (or perhaps tons of truth?) in the information that appears at the following links, or else it begs the question why has Justin Tranz aka Justin T. Parker not bothered to take the simple steps to have these web comments removed and/or take other actions to repair and protect his online reputation?
After all each and every single negative lie about me on the internet, I have either a) had it removed b) had the sites they link to shut down or c) left them up and simply posted the TRUTH with CAST IRON EVIDENCE that proves beyond doubt that what these nutters post is complete lies.
Given Tranz has done none of them, it does kind of make one wonder how much truth there may actually be to the information at the various websites listed in this blog.

Bearing in mind all the above, its also interesting to note that recently Justin Tranz has on a Facebook Hypnosis Group Posted Bragging and Boasting that he DOES NOT carry Public Liability Insurance for his Hypnosis Shows and indeed only ever bothers to get such if the promoter/venue absolutely insist on it.
Well as we know from his earlier postings on Facebook he never shows up for any Civil Court Proceedings and by his own words “they will never get that money” so he has also shown he has a total disregard for paying people he owes money, even when a Court has judged that he does indeed owe such money.
And now it seems he is also wholly irresponsible when it comes to Public Liability Insurance.
He has also admitted on Facebook that he HAS NO CLUE about U.K. Hypnosis Laws, which is probably why he teaches Inductions that in the majority of UK Venues would break certain Hypnosis Laws, Guidelines and/or Health and Safety Legislation and Laws.
Anyhow I could go on and on, but frankly this has wasted way too much of my valuable time already..
I shall NOT be commenting back to Tranz with anything further, if he comments rubbish about me, I encourage you to post a link to this blog and ask him to fully explain all of the facts and/or allegations against him which are here.

Although he now has me (and my better half) blocked on Facebook (so I can’t see his posts directly, I do end up seeing them eventually whilst at a Hypnotic Friends House)

Jay is a decent magician, but hypnosis….PLEASE!
This is not meant to slam Jay or Jonathan in anyway, but to bring to light the real facts that they are trying to distort for their personal monetary gains! Go figure!
Jay is a master at manipulating the truth, and marketing hype. Jay can’t stand by himself and sell hypnosis. So he aligns himself with others in an attempt to make himself look good! Before you buy anything from any of us do your own research of what we have accomplished, and really do in the real world of hypnosis….NOT WHAT WE TELL YOU WE DID or DO! Make us prove what we claim before you spend a dime on any of us! Ask to buy at least 10 of our shows from begin to end NO EDITS! We in turn should sell you these videos, and deduct that from any training’s or products you want to buy from us in the future. 2) Justin Tranz seems to have forgotten that some time ago he and I publically discussed his TV Show and the very real fact that it was ultimately based on a TV Show whose original format and TV Treatment were arguably and provably originated by me and originally promoted by me to the various UK TV Production Companies and Stations, including the one who ultimately broadcast the show!
During that conversation Justin Tranz THANKED ME for having come up with concept based on my early 90’s National Newspaper, Magazine and Television Controversy as Britain’s Most Extreme and Outrageous Adults Only Hypnotist and the publication of my book “Hypnotism & Sex”
That conversation within which it was pointed out that my original Format was “Far more extreme” than the TV Station in UK had the balls to run with, and in fact was originally far closer to what he ended up doing on Playboy was engaged in by both of us on a FACEBOOK HYPNOSIS GROUP (with tons of witnesses, including some whom I believe regularly take screen shots of such groups) – in otherwords he has suddenly changed his tune – it begs the question of why??
3) For the Record Jay Noblezada DID NOT write a single word of the sales copy that appears on the page of http://htglive.com/elite-hypnosis-bootcamp-live/ – each and every word was written by me, Alex William Smith aka Jonathan Royle.
And perhaps more importantly each and every word on that page is documented as fact either by way of National and International TV/Radio shows upon which I have appeared, or by way of Newspaper and Magazine articles that I have been featured in, or by legal documents or other cast iron evidence…
The fact is I am more than aware of Jealous Competitors who try to stick the knife in (it happens a lot) and am also more than aware of the Legal Implications and potential ramifications and consequences (of breaking them) of The Distance Selling Regulations, Advertising Related Laws and other Laws relevant to Marketing and the internet which would mean that were I not able to prove every word on that website at http://htglive.com/elite-hypnosis-bootcamp-live/ beyond any reasonable doubt to, for example a UK Judge, then I could stand the chance of facing CRIMINAL ACTIONS for FRAUD & OBTAINING MONEY BY DECEPTION amongst numerous other possible consequences.

It’s quite simply not worth the risk to do so, and also claiming stuff that you can’t prove is ridiculous (like saying you’ve hypnotized over a Million people in your career for example, something someone Justin Tranz was advertised as running a seminar with earlier this year which then got cancelled seems to get away with despite the fact that its simply laughable and the figures simply don’t add up with what they have done in their career lol ) and of course having been over the years the target of vindictive attempts by Jealous Competitors to sabotage what I do and the success of it, There is absolutely no way I would give anyone the chance to get such ammunition against me, hence I only ever post things that are documented and/or easily legally proven FACTS & TRUTHS.
